So many cloud-based case & matter management systems have a common “Weakest Feature”, the document automation process. Being cloud-based, the edit-upload-download-edit-upload process for reviewing and editing documents is just plain clumsy in many hosted solutions.
AlphaDrive for Clio changes that! With AlphaDrive added to your Clio solution, document production, review, editing, etc. is as seamless as any on-premise solution out there. Your Clio cloud documents are seamlessly accessed thru a local “A” drive which are constantly synchronized with one another, ridding the old pattern of edit-upload-download-edit-upload of so many other hosted solutions. This experience is significantly tighter than the previous synchronization with OneDrive.
In addition to streamlining the process from within Clio, AlphaDrive also has a mass production solution where the same template document can be mass produced over a subset of your clients. Imagine the time savings for a firm that sends out Resident Agent renewal letters, or other mass client contact documents.
The AlphaDrive for Clio folder is located in HKEYCURRENTUSER Software Mediated Communications AlphaDrive for Clio. When you expand the AlphaDrive for Clio folder, you will see a list of all versions you have previously installed on your computer.
