Our Open Funds are now accepting applications for assistance from new and renewal patients. Our Closed Funds are currently closed to new and renewal applications due to lack of sufficient funding. CPR allocates funding to all patient’s that are approved for a grant so that it is available when needed by the patient. CancerCare Co-Payment Assistance Foundation (CCAF) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization and a Type I supporting organization to CancerCare, Inc. Since 2008, the foundation has operated in compliance with OIG guidance and IRS rules and regulations. The foundation received its OIG opinion 07-11 in September 2007 and modification in November 2015. Asthma is a disease in which the airways become blocked or narrowed. - JJPAF will assist eligible patients who have recently lost their jobs and their insurance coverage
- JJPAF remains fully operational, including accepting and processing new applications
- JJPAF will continue to monitor COVID-19 to address any additional changes that are required consistent with our charitable mission
